Why we keep the pace slow
Wellness shouldn't feel like a deadline. Our kaupapa is to listen to your body, adjust when needed, and fit practice around work, school runs, and Northland weather.
Sessions are designed to be doable—whether you've got five minutes between meetings or a quiet half-hour at home.
Three anchors
Breath — calm inhale patterns that settle attention.
Balance — supported postures that build confidence gently.
Rest — deliberate pauses that round out each session.
Pick a pathway for today
Tap a option below to see what it involves. Every pathway stays in the gentle movement space—no competition, no ranking.
Morning unfold
Light standing and seated sequences to start the day. Handy before the commute or school drop-off. About 10–15 minutes.

What a typical session looks like
Arrive a few minutes early, meet your facilitator, and choose a spot with space to move. Sessions include warm-up, guided movement, and a short rest. Mats provided; wear comfy clothes.
Follow our written guides at your own pace. You can pause anytime. We recommend a clear floor area and a chair nearby for balance options.
